The goal of this project was to create a centralized Marketing Hub by integrating diverse data sources, enabling comprehensive analysis and insights. By combining data from Google Analytics 4, CRM systems, and Salesforce, we provided a holistic view of marketing performance and customer interactions. This centralized hub facilitated data-driven marketing strategies and improved decision-making processes.

A Marketing Data Hub integrates data from various channels and systems to create a 360-degree view of marketing performance and customer interactions. This unified data enables businesses to deliver personalized marketing strategies, improve customer engagement, and make data-driven decisions. By utilizing a Marketing Data Hub, businesses can better understand marketing effectiveness, customer behavior, and preferences, leading to increased marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

The Marketing Data Hub project involved dimensional modeling with Google Analytics and CRM data, integrating data from European and Japanese websites with Google Analytics 4 tracking, alongside Salesforce data, to establish a centralized Marketing Hub. This hub was designed to support machine learning (ML) and data analysis, providing comprehensive insights for marketing strategies and decision-making.
